Who You Are
You are an empathetic and detail-oriented social worker with a passion for supporting families. You possess the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with kinship carers, and are committed to advocating for the best interests of children in foster care. Ideally, you have experience with fostering assessments.
What the Job Involves
Your role involves completing thorough fostering assessments of kinship carers and presenting your findings to the fostering panel. This includes assessing the suitability and capability of kinship carers to provide a supportive and safe environment for foster children. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive evaluations.
