What the Job Involves
As a Housing Manager, you'll employ a holistic approach to tenancy management, addressing residents' concerns with support and resolution aligned with policies. You'll manage rent recovery, safeguarding, anti-social behaviour cases, and support victims of domestic abuse. Promoting inclusion and building stronger communities are key elements of the role. You'll need to effectively manage time and priorities, working efficiently both independently and within a team to meet resident priorities.
