Who You Are
We are looking for dedicated, professional individuals with strong customer service skills. A valid DBS is mandatory, and while an SIA license is preferable, it is not mandatory for the right candidate. Experience in concierge duties, and skills such as First Aid Training and Fire Marshalling would be advantageous.
What the Job Involves
The key duties for this role include hourly patrols of the buildings, hourly reporting to a 24/7 control centre, incident reporting, risk identification, and maintaining customer relations. The work schedule requires you to work 12.5-hour shifts with two types of shifts: a morning shift from 08:00-20:30 and a night shift from 20:00-08:30, following a pattern of two day shifts, two night shifts followed by four days off on a rolling rota. This amounts to an average of 42 hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts during staff absences. Staff members must arrange their own transport to the allocated site.
