What the Job Involves
In the role of Home Ownership Specialist, you will work closely with the Lead Officer Home Ownership to deliver homeowner-specific services in line with legislative and regulatory requirements. You will lead the Right to Buy application process, develop policies and KPIs, and manage homeowner consultations. You will be responsible for maintaining administrative aspects of home ownership properties, providing engagement through the Council’s Resident Engagement Strategy, and promoting the Council’s Housing Service objectives. This role involves extensive collaboration with finance, legal teams, and other stakeholders to address diverse home ownership matters.
