What the Job Involves
As a Team Manager in the Placements Team within Corporate Parenting, you will be responsible for commissioning placements, ensuring compliance with statutory social work regulations and standards. Your role includes management responsibility for both social workers and non-social worker staff, as you work to commission alternative homes for children and young people aged 0-25 years. You will deliver services that protect and safeguard children, young people, their families, and carers, promoting independence and managing risk and uncertainty.
