Cleaner Job Description

A dedicated and reliable individual with an eye for detail, who takes pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. You are responsible and trustworthy, especially when handling keys to secure the premises.

What the Job Involves

As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various areas within the building. Tasks include:

• Cleaning and sanitising toilet areas, including all surfaces, toilets, sinks, and cubicle interiors.
• Sanitising kitchen areas such as work surfaces, sinks, floors, and skirting boards.
• Generally cleaning office spaces, including hoovering or mopping floors and sanitising desks.
• Ensuring corridors are clean by hoovering or mopping floors and cleaning skirting boards and window sills.
• Cleaning communal areas, touching on all floorings, skirting boards, window sills, and hard furnishings.
• Using a scrubber dryer when provided (training will be given).

Any additional cleaning as required to maintain the building's overall cleanliness.
