Role

Who You Are

A dedicated individual with a strong background in children's social care or a similar environment. You possess considerable administrative experience and are proficient in MS Office, with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads in a fast-paced setting. You have an aptness for working collaboratively and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters. A qualification to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant field is essential.

What the job involves

As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will provide essential business support within the Children's Social Care unit. Your responsibilities include undertaking administrative activities, facilitating service user access, and engaging with partner organizations. You will also support project tasks, handle data collation, prepare documents, and liaise with a variety of internal and external contacts. Additionally, you'll maintain professional development and handle health and safety duties as required.
