You have solid experience in grounds maintenance, particularly focused on residential buildings. What the job involves

You will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of housing association residential buildings. This includes landscaping, managing plant life, and ensuring the spaces are clean and presentable. You will drive between locations using a provided new van, and operate with new tools to perform your duties effectively. Compliance with driving and safety regulations is essential in this role.

Skills

• Grounds maintenance experience
• Manual driving license (C1 not required)
• Clean driving record (maximum 6 points)
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Reliable and efficient work ethic
