What the Job Involves
As a Principal Social Worker in the Kinship Fostering team, you'll play a pivotal role in strategic planning and development without managing a caseload. Your focus will be on quality assurance of assessments and performance improvement for the kinship service. You'll have the responsibility to develop training briefings, lead practice and performance shaping, and provide high-quality support services for kinship foster carers. You'll work alongside the Service Manager and ensure consistent approval processes with the Panel advisor, contributing to superior service delivery.
