The role involves planning, preparing, and serving balanced meals that cater to adults with varying support requirements, including those with dementia, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. You will ensure meals meet portion standards and are attractively presented. Responsibilities include preparing customized meals, ordering supplies, and maintaining records. You will oversee a Catering Assistant and collaborate with staff to ensure meals align with individual support plans. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety policies.
