Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced childcare solicitor who can manage a mixed caseload. The ideal candidate will report to the Principal Solicitor and demonstrate proficiency in handling cases related to pre-proceedings, care proceedings, DOLS, NRPF, and provide general advice.

What the Job Involves

You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of childcare legal cases. Advocacy experience is desirable, as you will be required to undertake advocacy in the Family Court and cover hearings lasting up to one day.

  • Up to date knowledge of Children's law
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Teamwork ability
  • IT literate with experience using case management systems
