As a Business Support Assistant, your responsibilities include managing correspondence and data, supporting administrative tasks such as minute taking and scheduling, and maintaining record-keeping systems. You will also handle financial processes, support customer relations, and assist in developing and maintaining trust through effective communication. Your role includes troubleshooting, gathering feedback for service improvement, and participating actively in relationship-building to ensure a seamless service delivery within Children's Services.
