What the Job Involves
As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerable residents and collaborating with partner agencies to ensure all residents can safely maintain their tenancies. This includes addressing issues such as hoarding, mental health, and assisting residents with forms and referrals to appropriate services. You will manage anti-social behavior cases proactively, which includes negotiation, solution finding, updating victims, and maintaining detailed records. The position is full-time and temporary for a period of 3-6 months, based at the Orchard Housing Office, with a 36-hour workweek.
