What the Job Involves
As a Temporary Housing Officer based at the Orchard Housing Office, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerable residents and collaborating with partner agencies to ensure safe and sustainable tenancies. Your role will cover all aspects of Tenancy Management, including handling successions, assignments, mutual exchanges, legal issues, boundary disputes, and property damage. You will also manage anti-social behavior cases proactively, ensuring effective case management, negotiation, victim updates, and maintaining detailed records. Daily use of a car and a full driving license is essential.
