What the job involves
As a Cross Service Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering effective front-line support and administrative services. You will engage with both the public and internal teams, maintaining and analyzing records, processing complaints, and coordinating essential consultations. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving the digitalization of services, contributing to data analysis and reporting, and ensuring clear communication between various stakeholders and partner agencies.
Skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, Power BI)
- Experience with digital tools and data management systems like Idox Cloud
- Analytical skills for data extraction, analysis, and report generation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of compliance, data protection, and relevant legislation
