Our ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on managing care proceedings to achieve timely permanence for children. You possess excellent assessment and communication skills, an ability to form positive relationships with families, partner agencies, and legal professionals, and experience in attending Court and completing care proceedings.
What the job involves
The role involves supporting children in care to fully reach their potential. You will visit children, attend Child in Care Reviews and education meetings, and advocate in all areas of the child/young person's care plan or pathway plan.
