An experienced Social Worker seeking a full-time role within a supportive and stable team. You are comfortable working in a large rural area and flexible with hybrid working arrangements, ensuring availability for on-site presence as required.

What the Job Involves

Joining the North Kesteven Family Help Team, based in North Hykeham (Lincoln) to cover North Kesteven. Responsibilities include handling referrals on a duty rota system, with one week on duty every four weeks. The role requires conducting assessments, planning, and providing support for children under CIN, CP, and Children In Care. Involvement in both public and private law proceedings is expected. Hybrid working is offered, with a requirement to be onsite at least two days per week, and five days during the duty week.
