Your approach is rooted in good practice curriculum guidance, ensuring each child's unique developmental needs are met.

What the Job Involves

This position requires facilitating children's development within a secure, safe, and engaging environment. You will manage children's behavior in accordance with procedural guidance and support planned interventions for children with SEND and additional needs. Additionally, you will provide physical care such as washing, toileting, changing, feeding, dressing, and comforting. Compliance with Child Protection procedures and reporting concerns to the Head are also vital components of this role.
