What the job involves

As a Regeneration Project Officer, you will be responsible for developing and managing regeneration projects for town centers like Cwmbran, Blaenavon, and Pontypool. Your role involves setting up project management systems, exploring funding opportunities, and ensuring projects align with strategic objectives. You'll prepare and submit funding applications, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and maintain grant management and property databases. Communication, coordination of meetings, and maintaining an effective dialogue between various stakeholders will be a key part of your job. You will work closely with consultants on in-house projects and manage leisure and resource allocation to meet strategic goals.
