What the Job Involves
As an Assistant Transformation Project Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering transformation projects within the Homelessness and Housing Options service. You will lead smaller workstreams, support larger projects, and ensure successful change implementation and handover. Your tasks will include scope, plan, and implementation of workstreams, coordinating project teams, supporting governance design and controls, and facilitating effective stakeholder engagement. You will also be responsible for reporting project progress, managing risks and issues, and promoting best practices in project management.
