What the Job Involves
This role includes managing reception and visitor services, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. You will coordinate meeting room resources including set-up and hospitality services, while performing a range of clerical duties such as copying, mailing, and filing. Maintaining stock and managing invoices are central to your responsibilities, alongside supporting the Workplace team with maintenance tasks. You will also create reports, coordinate deliveries, and uphold office security and safety. As a crucial team member, you will act as both a Fire Safety warden and First Aider.
Skills
- Excellent reception and visitor management
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clerical skills in copying, mailing, laminating, filing
- Stock management and invoice handling
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and via phone/email
- Proficiency in office systems and procedures
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- Ability to create and update relevant procedures
- Experience as Fire Safety warden/First Aider preferred
