Who You Are

As a Minute Taker, you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong command of English language and punctuation, ready to support statutory meetings within the Children, Young People and Families service. Your experience in an administrative setting enables you to summarise discussions precisely and you handle sensitive information with discretion.

What the Job Involves

Your primary responsibility is to produce accurate and concise minutes of strategy and statutory meetings, including creating or updating child protection plans. You work closely with independent chairs to ensure the secure handling of information and contribute to improving departmental efficiency and best practices.
