Who You Are
You are an experienced Team Manager with a strong background in Children Services, particularly in Referral and Assessment. You possess leadership qualities and are capable of collaborating effectively in an office environment. You are available for an immediate start and can commit to a 3-month assignment with potential for review.
What the job involves
This role involves managing a team responsible for Referral and Assessment within Children Services. You will be tasked with guiding and supporting your team, ensuring effective service delivery, and meeting key performance indicators. You are required to work in the office for 3 days each week and will be compensated at a rate of £45.20 per hour on an Umbrella/LTD basis.
