Our Team Managers play a central role in supporting our social workers to achieve great outcomes for our children and young people. You will join a stable and committed management group, supervising up to 8 Social workers who support children with their long-term care plans.

This role entails leading and motivating a team of social workers in a busy safeguarding environment, making strong decisions, and managing risk. You will provide reflective supervision that promotes professional development and manage complex cases. Effective communication and collaboration with partner agencies are crucial, along with ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and implementing service improvements.
