Caretaker Non Resident (L2Z1)

We are seeking a dedicated Non-Residential Caretaker with at least six months of experience. You should have a good understanding of health and safety protocols and experience with the proper use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH). The ability to work independently and take initiative will be considered a strong advantage.

The role entails maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the premises, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for the proper management and application of cleaning materials, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Experienced in non-residential caretaking
• Understanding of health and safety procedures
• Knowledge of COSHH and cleaning chemical usage
• Ability to work independently
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
