What the Job Involves
As a solicitor in this role, you will be responsible for offering legal advice and handling transactional work for commercial property, community assets, and certain housing matters. Your duties include drafting legal implications for committee reports and managing relationships with external legal advisors and Counsel. You will contribute to service improvement, manage a caseload independently, and ensure compliance with the organization's policies. You will be expected to attend the office twice a week, including the monthly Tuesday team meeting, with flexibility on other attendance days.
