What the Job Involves
As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will lead and manage complex investigations of planning control breaches. This includes working closely with applicants and developers to ensure compliance, liaising with legal services, and providing reports and evidence for appeals and hearings. You will engage proactively in enforcement projects, offer compliance support across different planning services, and contribute to officer and Member training programs. This role demands flexibility in working hours for site visits and court appearances.
