Your background includes substantial experience in a systems training role, preferably within a public sector or social care environment. You have in-depth knowledge of the Mosaic case management system and are passionate about fostering a culture of continual learning and development.

What the Job Involves

The Systems Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to suit a range of audiences. Key responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, developing curriculum, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions. You will also engage in continuous improvement by developing mechanisms to assess training effectiveness, analyzing feedback, and updating materials with system changes. Collaborating with Business Analysts, Development Teams, and service managers, you'll ensure training content is aligned with user needs and strategic objectives. You will empower staff to proficiently and effectively utilize Mosaic and its associated reporting tools.
