What the job involves
The Mosaic Software Configuration Specialist is responsible for the technical configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Council’s Mosaic system. This hands-on technical role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying configuration changes to align with the needs of Children’s and Adults’ Services. Key responsibilities include leading system testing, providing technical support, managing data quality, and ensuring successful integration of major transformation programmes like Families First and the transition to Client-Level Data (CLD) reporting.
