You have proven experience working on Mosaic implementation or development projects within a local authority setting, specifically within the Children's or Adults' Social Care sectors. What the Job Involves
The Mosaic Software Configuration Specialist will be a key player in the technical configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the Council's social care case management system, Mosaic. You will translate service requirements into effective system solutions, ensuring Mosaic meets the evolving needs of Children's and Adults' Services. This involves designing, building, testing, and deploying changes within the system, managing system documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting data migration and reporting. You will be crucial to major transformation programmes, aligning all work with the Families First and Client-Level Data (CLD) programmes.
