What the Job Involves
The role involves managing a Children & Families caseload of various levels of complexity. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating actions to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and families. Your tasks will include completing quality assessments, formulating and implementing plans, attending court, and responding to crises. You will also help develop services and work collaboratively with team members, foster carers, and partner agencies. Additionally, you may supervise students and need to stay current with changes in legislation and related policies.
