Join our new Pathfinder/Family FAST model and be part of a dynamic, child-focused team. Your role will involve:

• Conducting high-quality assessments to formulate meaningful plans for children and families.
• Managing a mixed caseload, including Child Protection (CP), Children Looked After (CLA), and court work.
• Confidently navigating challenging and complex situations with child safety at the forefront of decision-making.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with families, partners, and colleagues to drive positive change.
• Contributing to a supportive team culture that values learning, collaboration, and reflective practice.
