Job Description: Senior Social Worker - Family Help Service

We are seeking a committed and experienced Senior Social Worker for our Family Help service in Lewisham. You are a skilled and confident practitioner with substantial post-qualifying experience. What the job involves
Join our new Pathfinder/Family FAST model and be part of a dynamic, child-focused team. Your role will involve:
- Conducting high-quality assessments to formulate meaningful plans for children and families.
- Managing a mixed caseload, including Child Protection (CP), Children Looked After (CLA), and court work.
- Confidently navigating challenging and complex situations with child safety at the forefront of decision-making.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families, partners, and colleagues to drive positive change.
- Contributing to a supportive team culture that values learning, collaboration, and reflective practice.
