What the Job Involves

As Director, you will be part of a committed Directorate Leadership Team, leading a stable senior team. You will provide strategic leadership on adult safeguarding and all aspects of adult social care, ensuring a collaborative approach across the Council for optimal resident outcomes. Your role involves driving integration between health and social care, enhancing engagement, and promoting strengths-based care. You will also manage significant budgets while identifying efficiency opportunities, and engage actively in the community.
