Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker with a passion for safeguarding children to join our Families First Front Door Service on a temporary basis. This role is designed to cover maternity leave for approximately 9 months and to support the implementation of our new front door initiative.
What the Job Involves
As part of the Families First Front Door Service, you will work in collaboration with partners and social work practitioners to gather and analyze information to make informed decisions regarding children's safety and support needs. You will provide a 24-hour response to concerns, operate within scheduled hours, and offer an on-call service on a rota basis to ensure immediate responses to emergencies. Working with us, you will receive comprehensive training, allowing you to assess and address the needs of children, young people, and their families effectively.
