What the Job Involves
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will manage operational services within a specified locality, providing high-quality leadership to ensure effective social work practice. Your role includes supporting adults to achieve independence, preventing hospital admissions, and ensuring the delivery of services aligned with The Care Act principles. You will manage complex cases, supervise and appraise staff, and contribute to service development through performance monitoring, quality improvement, and innovative practice. Additionally, you will work closely with Service Managers to build high-performing teams, manage budgets, and drive local and national service enhancements.
