What the job involves
This role involves providing substantial administrative support to the financial systems and processes within the teams. Responsibilities include administering procurement card activities, supporting LADO and Quality Assurance, and providing accurate word processing services for various documents including letters, reports, and minutes. You will organise, attend, and record/minute sensitive meetings, ensuring appropriate set-up and equipment for face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid formats. You will also handle follow-up work and recordings in line with statutory timeframes, manage the electronic social care client records, and update related databases. Additionally, file retrieval and ensuring accurate location recording are critical aspects of this role, alongside other tasks as required by the Business Support Team Leader.
