Who You Are
You are a professionally qualified Social Worker with a current HCPC Social Work Registration and a minimum of 2 years post-qualification practice experience. You demonstrate a commitment to strengths-based practice, wellbeing, and continuous professional development. You possess the ability to supervise and mentor colleagues, uphold social work values, and integrate with multi-agency teams.
What the Job Involves
As a Level 2 Social Worker, you will be responsible for managing a varied and complex caseload, providing statutory professional social work to adults with care and support needs. You will conduct needs assessments, construct care packages, and work collaboratively with individuals, families, and partners to achieve outcomes. You will provide advice, support, and mentoring to other practitioners and may deputize in the absence of the Lead Practitioner. You will also partake in safeguarding enquiries and support multidisciplinary efforts in the health and care sector.
