We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team and play a vital role in supporting managers to deliver fair, effective, and legally compliant people solutions. You will have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to advise, influence, and challenge constructively. You will be resilient, pragmatic, and experienced in managing complex and sensitive cases.
What the job involves
Working closely with HR Business Partners, you will provide expert advice across a wide range of employee relations matters, including absence, discipline, grievances, and capability, while building strong relationships with managers and trade unions. You will help shape a positive organizational culture and support the delivery of high-quality, value-for-money services.
