You have a proven track record in senior roles within substance misuse commissioning, complex system design, and project management. You possess excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage both system improvement and service redesign.
What the Job Involves
The role involves leading the re-commissioning of Treatment, Recovery and Outreach contracts while continuing to improve existing systems. You will collaborate closely with staff to assume a senior leadership position, responsible for either immediate-term service management and improvement or designing and implementing a new procurement model. Key tasks include finalizing the agreed service model, engaging the market, and preparing tender documents. You will play a crucial role in stakeholder engagement, defining requirements, and developing service specifications for procurement.
