What the Job Involves

• Delivering high-quality, innovative services that align with the objectives and targets of Fostering Services.
• Leading the development of regional improvements in Cardiff & Vale Fostering Teams and promoting best practice.
• Overseeing and managing the regional front door for fostering recruitment, including regional staff management and performance data reporting.
• Leading the development and implementation of the regional work programme for fostering services.
• Using the national performance framework to inform regional priorities, analyze information, and generate improvement plans.
