You excel in supervising and supporting your team, ensuring they meet the needs of families and children effectively.

What the job involves

This role involves managing a pod of Social Workers and overseeing all aspects of section 47 enquiries, assessment, and intervention services. Key duties include supervising Social Workers within the allocated pod, covering a duty pod three weekly, and maintaining an office presence during the 5 days of the duty week. You will also support other duty pods and cover management in their duty weeks. Additionally, you will support the team in the absence of the team manager.
