You are an experienced social worker with a strong understanding of safeguarding and supporting children with disabilities. You are motivated by the desire to ensure that disabled children are appropriately safeguarded and supported to achieve their full potential. You have a collaborative mindset, eager to work within a multi-agency team to deliver holistic services to children and families.

What the Job Involves

The role involves joining the Children with Disabilities Team at Swindon Borough Council, where you will work at the Saltway Centre alongside multi-agency partners. You will be part of a team that recognizes the increased vulnerability of disabled children and utilizes current research and innovative practices to safeguard and support them. Candidates residing over 50 miles from Swindon are eligible for additional financial support for accommodation or travel.
