Ideally, you are also multilingual, with proficiency in Welsh or community languages being an advantage.

What the Job Involves

As a Mobile Responder, you will provide efficient, reliable, and friendly responses to emergency alarm calls for Telecare Cardiff users. Your responsibilities include responding to emergency and priority calls, offering practical help and support, and liaising with control centers and emergency services when necessary. You will conduct home visits for alarm calls and routine checks, manage alarm programming and installation, and ensure the upkeep of records and equipment. You will also attend training sessions and cover for Control Centre operators or Housing Scheme managers as needed.
