What the job involves
This role involves providing statutory services for children in need, those subject to child protection plans, and those undergoing legal processes. You will carry out assessments of need and risk, manage a varied caseload, and develop evidence-based care plans. You'll work closely with multi-agency partners, prepare reports, maintain high-quality records, and promote equality and rights through anti-discriminatory practice. Additional responsibilities include participating in professional development and service initiatives.
