What the Role Involves
You’ll provide high‑quality business support to the Repairs Service, helping keep workflows moving and ensuring work‑in‑progress (WIP) is cleared efficiently. Your role will include scheduling and planning repairs, coordinating with operatives and contractors, updating systems, monitoring progress, and supporting the service to meet performance targets. You’ll be office‑based three days per week, working closely with operational teams to keep repairs activity running smoothly.
Who You Are
You’re organised, proactive and confident managing a busy workload. You bring strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. You communicate clearly, build good working relationships and enjoy being part of a service that makes a real difference to residents.
Experience in repairs scheduling and planning for a Tier 1 contractor is essential and forms part of the shortlisting criteria, as this role supports a high‑volume repairs environment where technical understanding is key.
