What the Job Involves
The role involves contributing to the operational delivery of effective Children’s Social Care services. You will handle a complex caseload, prepare for court hearings, and support children at risk or in care. Responsibilities include maintaining care plans, conducting direct work with children and families, leading multi-disciplinary forums, and supporting the department's development. You will ensure data accuracy, manage expenditures, and contribute to overall service effectiveness. Participation in health and safety, equality and diversity initiatives is also essential.
