What the Job Involves

This role involves meeting the physical, social, and emotional needs of service users as outlined in their care plans. You will assist with tasks, support improvement and maintenance of daily living skills, and work alongside allied health and social care professionals to minimize risks and enable individuals to remain in their homes. Responsibilities include participating in assessments and reviews, maintaining records, attending supervision sessions, and contributing to the team from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. Additionally, you'll support service users in activities, ensure compliance with City Council policies, procedures, and statutory requirements, and uphold health and safety legislation.
