Who You Are
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can work independently with our bus teams and partner authorities to compile a detailed schedule of current contracts, service level agreements, and informal arrangements related to bus service delivery. You are someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to work autonomously to meet the project's objectives.
What the Job Involves
This role involves creating a comprehensive schedule of bus service contracts using a standard template. You will be responsible for compiling contract details consistently for use in financial assessments, organizational analysis, legal and commercial evaluations, as well as technology integration projects. The job requires a commitment of two to three days per week over a two-month period.
Skills
- Excellent skills in data collection and recording
- Proficient in data collation using complex spreadsheets
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in the public sector
- Knowledge of bus industry systems and contracting processes
