This role requires a senior-level leader with significant experience in managing complex transformation programmes. You possess the ability to ensure effective programme controls, delivery confidence, stakeholder alignment, and successful implementation of large-scale service transformation while operating in a politically sensitive and evolving environment.
What the job involves
You will work closely with the Transport Advisor to manage the development of the programme by setting up, developing, and overseeing working groups focused on various technical and functional subjects. Additionally, you will prepare a programme plan, assist in developing agreements with partner authorities, and develop a comprehensive project programme. This interim role demands leading programme mobilisation, coordinating multiple workstreams, providing strategic change leadership, designing governance arrangements, managing stakeholders and partners, and overseeing risk, commercial, and operational transitions.
