As a Senior Lift and Electrical Engineer, you are dedicated to delivering homes and communities where residents feel happy and secure. With significant experience in managing lift and electrical compliance contracts, you demonstrate strong initiative, communication, and time management skills. You are technically adept, with a deep understanding of building services, construction, and compliance requirements.

What the Job Involves

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of M&E works programmes and projects, ensuring statutory compliance and high customer satisfaction. This includes managing service providers, auditing contractor performance, designing specifications, commissioning consultants, forecasting budgets, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. You will prepare Health & Safety plans, engage with residents, manage relationships with stakeholders, and provide technical advice and support. Your goal will be to effectively deliver programmes and projects on time and within budget.
